short storyI have liked this series, but I didn’t realize this was such a short story。 One of the things I like about this series is the relationships and repartee between the characters。 This book seemed to be over almost before it started。 Hopefully the next one will be back to the usual excellence I have come to expect。

I love these Violet books。 Violet, her twin Victor, her husband, Jack, and all their friends are both cursed and blessed with the ability to suss out the murderers who plague their lives。 The characters are witty, lovely, and vastly interesting。 The plot is easily followed, through all the twists and turns of a very well written mystery, and the premise is always the same。 Protect your family and discover the perpetrators。 I definitely recommend this book。

TwinsI liked the concept of good twins who love one another and an evil twin who is so jealous she would murder in way herself。 I read some where one time it was easier to believe someone was mad/insane than to believe that a person is just "pure evil"。 This was an interesting story line that should cause the reader to reflect and think。 TwinsI liked the concept of good twins who love one another and an evil twin who is so jealous she would murder in way herself。 I read some where one time it was easier to believe someone was mad/insane than to believe that a person is just "pure evil"。 This was an interesting story line that should cause the reader to reflect and think。 。。。more

Too FastI love these characters, but the plots are becoming too fast。 There’s very little denouement after the murder, it’s all wrapped up too fast and with very little proof。 This book also has quite a few errors where the writing switches from third person to first which is annoying and confusing。

Brilliant as usual。These books are brilliant, Vi and Victor play pranks on their friends and involve the fortune teller from the Circus。 They take part in a murder mystery party and of course there is a real murder。 I can't wait to read the next book。 Brilliant as usual。These books are brilliant, Vi and Victor play pranks on their friends and involve the fortune teller from the Circus。 They take part in a murder mystery party and of course there is a real murder。 I can't wait to read the next book。 。。。more
